I don't think anyone is going to win. They keep advertising a record breaking jackpot and people keep throwing money at it. One woman is even asking for donations because she spent everything she had on tickets. This is no doubt a nefarious plot by the zionist US government to keep the money and continue to advertise a huge jackpot to lure people into spending more on tickets.
