Plate Bracers that have a Black/Gray tint?
 

Anyone know of any that exist?

I just got my SK a full set of Darkforge and I want to FashionQuest full Black plate armor

If all else fails you can use dyed fine plate. Other than a number of chest slot items, most of the black armor I know of tends to be chain-class.

While technically leather, imperial wardog collar has to be the darkest black tint available in game, so dark that it could easily be mistaken for plate at a glance. At least that's how it appears on a half elf, haven't checked other races. Plus, it's on the cheap side and has decent enough stats for group content tanking.

Cold Iron armor from the Warrens.

It has no stats and it's really heavy but.. it's black/dark grey plate.

Granite Bracer has a really dark gray tint like the SK PoFear armor with some decent stats.
