Hey all. Just started up at the urging of some other gamers I have run into recently.

I played religiously from launch for several years but havent touched the game in about 18 years or so and I have *no* clue what I am doing.

Is there a basic guide somewhere on how to play? Helpful tips?

Read mechanics section in the wiki, bind as close to EC as possible for easy buffs, and travel. (EC is the trading hub).

Blind is your main source of aggro, good luck ;)

Hi Ozius, we played earlier, I gave you those starting bags, sorry I had to leave so early, just as our group started killing those cobolds. Well I hope you have fun, after a rough start, it is a great game. :)

There's quite a few "beginner guide" style p99 videos on youtube. I think this guy did a pretty good job.
