And even just casting detrimental spells on a pc even if not in duel. They should act like city guards I suppose.

Didn't Sirran aggro from proximity text as well? I'm not sure of the specifics. Was it certain words, or random?

I know he aggros a certain island I hear it on the chatter of listening to raids here and there. Not sure what Island.

The rest I have no knowledge.

I just remember everyone saying " dont talk to him about the bunnies ( or rabbits )"
