You don't need a fucking bonus, you want more levels then play more. It is exceedingly easy to get to 50 compared to the grind to 60 which awaits in the future. All a bonus will do is push more of the population into the 40+ congestion. The more it stays spread out the better.

In the spirit of true classic, they’re instituting a holiday exp penalty of 20%.
