Kael giants regeneration too high

I'm trying to solo the giants at the entrance just inside Kael (Watcher Zedlek, Watcher Thernon, etc) and they have insane health regen. Like 4% per tick. That can't be right can it?

You're meant to bring a group or two. They're Giants.

Similarly leveled giants in the two adjacent zones don't have this regen though. If you guys say it's intended then I'll believe it, it just seems strange.
