Can't start any quests???
 

Hi, I'm a new player i started out in Cabilis, im lvl 4 and i cant click on any of the bracketed text to begin any quest even though on the wiki it says im at the required level. Is this a bug or am i missing something? Some examples of quest ive tried to start are Sparring armor given by master Bain and cabilis pale ale.
