Clockwork merchant, wrong spell
 

Description: Mage spell merchant missing spell

Relevant NPCs: Clockwork Merchant

Relevant LOCs: 1090, -1039 The merchant to the far right in the room with Wuggan Azusphere

Steps to reproduce bug:

1. Right click the merchant and look!

Expected behavior: Merchant has level 1 wizard spell, Numbing Cold, Should have the level 34 mage spell, Nullify Magic

I couldn't find any merchant in akanon that sold nullify magic. This spell should be sold by npcs which sell general spells i.e. (bind affinity, cancel magic etc).

I ran around akanon on eqlive in the caster areas and also could not find nullify magic. Soo, either I missed it, or it shouldn't be sold there. Needs more research.
