Hello all. Thought I would post the results of my /who all I did last night during downtime. Results are for toons 5+, taken at about 7 PM CST.

Druid 130
Necro 98
Chanter 84
Shaman 78
Cleric 76

Rogue 36
Wizard 34
Paladin 30
Ranger 21

Did the Druid results twice to make sure, that was a lot of Druids, even for Druids.

Sounds like I should create Paladin, Ranger, and Wizard alts for my bard.

Wondering if anyone could post numbers from Teal if they have time also.

The numbers are basically similar to the general proportions on P1999 over the last decade. Keep in mind most of those Druids are alts--for the most part only a relatively modest proportion of Druids tend to be played as mains. There are a couple outliers from the historic norms like Magicians being popular, but that's due to era and expected. Their numbers will decline with expansions just like they did on P1999 the first time around.

Noticing lots of paladins and rangers in the noobie yards today

There usually is but they just don't make it very far

Once Iksar come out Necro, Shaman and Monk will take the top 3 for sure.

I don't see why people would be waiting en masse to roll iksar shams when Troll and Ogre are available.

Monk Necro absolutely tho

People are farming Ghoulbanes now, so they're rolling Pally alts to twink. Not sure what is motivating the rangers.
