I am not sure if this was an accident or put in as a solution for first 30 days of Kunark and accidentally left in when superseded by 30-day exp ban, but.... scroll exp is 50% of pre-Kunark amounts.

I tested on 51 DEF ENC. 1 yellow took 19 scrolls before Kunark, but now it takes 40.

Tested DEF ENC at [Wed Dec 09 01:59:12 2020] EST

I tested on 41 HFL DRU. 1 yellow took 5 scrolls before Kunark, but now it takes 10.

Tested HFL DRU at [Wed Dec 09 02:42:09 2020] EST

I also talked to Artelius Longwood. He had similar results of 50% less experience at levels 53/54 on HUM RNG.

Not trying to be a jerk or anything but I think you know why

From talking to Nilbog, he didn't make any changes to scroll exp.

So there's good reason believe another person on Dev team unintentionally or intentionally changed things.

Nilbog asked me to file a bug report, so I am.
