The DE mask should change your in game sex as well.

Since we can't have nice things IRL I am totally speaking about fantasy, and in game reality, not real reality. Or my own personal feelings. I am just imagining a game that would do such a fun thing.

These are awesome, I kinda want some now. That is like serious detail and material science they couldn't even manage in the 8th dynasty days.

There's like 8ft tall extreeemly detailed Starcraft Kerrigan statues out there, and u know it.

I remember discussions about this back in the old days, enchanters used to want to cast illusion male or female spell. But, race was setup like skins but sex was setup totally differently and like would have had to reorganize the way they did everything or something.

Elves are just the female version of Dwarfs (Gnomes are the Juvenile form), so if your character is male, then yes you will receive a sex change by transforming into an Elf (invariably female).
