Distortion of characters and mobs
 

Hello,

I'm having an issue where all the characters, NPCs, and mobs have their graphics distorted. Part of them is visible like normal, and part is just lines projecting off in the distance.

I'm running Windows 7 on an old HP Pavilion DV9500 with drivers all updated. Ive tried redownloading and reinstalling. Originally was hapening on Windows 10 but I thought it was a driver problem so I reinstalled Windows 7 and am still having the issue. I tried everything in the troubleshooting/FAQ post.

Any help/ideas would be much appreciated. Please see attached screenshots for examples.
