Alicia Starshimmer missing
 

Posting this here in case it was missed in the other forum.

Alicia Starshimmer is missing from her spawn point in Southern Felwithe:

She's one of two merchants in the game that sell the enchant metal spells.

She is not in the game until later. We all have to get enchant metal spells in Neriak. Luckily, enchanters have the toolkit to accomplish this.

I was worried this might be the case. Oh well. As you said: Enchanters have the means to get over this hurdle.
