Level 51+ Mobs should not summon players to them

I don't know if you really need proof on this....I don't know exactly when they added mob summoning, but it was MUCH later (kunark even?).

So, I couldn't tell you when to add it....I just know that it being in the game currently isn't classic :D

Dragons were definitely summoning in (early) classic.

I'm pretty sure things like fire giants could as well.
