Am I to understand that we are all done with patches through velious era? meaning nothing more except luclin was available after?

Then why isnt this on the server since velious release, as well as many other items require lvl 51.

here is a rough idea

Epics have a minimum level of 46 to equip on p99, because of the neckbeards.

Won't be surprised if there's other exceptions.

This item was not released until after Shadows of Luclin. This item was dropped during the quest for the 8th Coldain Shawl. Items like this will not be released on Project 1999 Blue.

From what I understand there is no interested, what so ever, in releasing Shadows of Luclin content.

I mean at least do your own research for 5 seconds before you ask why an item out of timeline isn't on the server

Final content patch, unless we see custom content, but bug fixes/etc remain on the table.

Narandi's Lance has a req. level of 55 today on P99. Not sure if there are other items (beside epics) that have req level on them.

Is the req. level on the Lance an oversight and should be removed on P99 ?

Club of the ice ocean has level req 51.

Pretty sure that and lance are classic!
