sk only gets 20 bonus
Int will help with leveling, life taps will save you from death. (feign death)
sta will make it easier to cap in velious.
str will make you hit, marginally harder.

SK is a good trash mob tank, puller and tagger. All three of those are because it has snap agro spells. Int for the troll

sk is not a damage dealer, if you want to deal damage play one of those other classes.

Just go stamina

Any point in str is wasted on a sk... Just did a quick survey on my armor... There's like 2 items that aren't +str... It cap so easily... Sta is much harder to cap... I would say all sta, but as a stupid race some sta-int combo could make sense.

All int and don't look back. Your str sta are already very high, and both are stupid easy to cap.

Tulz all these folks are advising you as if you'll constantly have a 60 shaman in tow double STRing you.

My 52 sk has reasonable gear. Not NToV but some HoT, dragon head quest, crystal chitin, blood ember. That kind of standard. He does not have capped str or stamina soloing.

I know you like to be a one man wolf pack, so don't be afraid to go against the grain and put points in to strength to marginally increase your dps and significantlg increase your carry capacity. Especially if this is a question for green.

By the time you are raid buffed your starting stats don't matter anyway. I'd sugest there even is an argument for charisma. Have a shower and get decent vendor prices for your trash!

In my humble opinion, it is wise to put it all into intelligence, as several other posters have said. Consider the gear available to SKs and I'll bet most of your best options have good AC and physical stats, but not much int.

Farzo has testified about the scarcity of wisdom for paladins on both Blue and Red and I imagine the same tenets apply to SKs.

@jim I sit at 209 str solo as a human sk with no tov loot at all... And just 1 hot item... With similar items a large race should be sitting in the 230 or so solo... And yes, I have fos like 80% of the time I do anything worthwhile nowaday... And clearly don't need that when I am not doing thing with a shaman
