Some folks have no clue what cognitive biases are, are ignorant of basic logic, are scientifically illiterate, and don't grasp how knowledge is gathered and verified in the real world.

However, they would have everyone else believe that they have discovered secrets about how the world works, usually via the great oracle of knowledge known as YouTube, that only they are smart enough to figure out.
