Lenka's Pouch reward text when 0 coin are returned

Lenka Stoutheart sometimes doesn't award coin when turning in the L.S. Pouch. Awarding 0 copper shows dialog text that looks like this:

[Sat Dec 24 11:03:59 2016] You gain experience!!
[Sat Dec 24 11:03:59 2016] pieces.

It just says " _ pieces." Should this quest classically reward 0 copper?

Just like the other quest, this is probably happening throughout Norrath with other quest NPCs.

The same phenomenon seems to be happening when 0 coin is awarded for the Olunea Miltin Snapped Pole quest in the same area.
