According to this post I linked below, certain weapons should have gotten updates in the last patch but they didn't.

Namely Meljeldin and Blackstar

Timeline - June 2001

Meljeldin received an intermediate upgrade this month. The image next to June 2001 in the post you linked is incorrect (it's the same picture as Oct 2001) - if you follow the link for June 2001 you will see that it is supposed to be The final form is not until Oct 2001.

As for Blackstar, are you sure it's not upgraded yet? Thought I heard from guildies that it was.

I do think they erred when processing that post on Cekenar's table though, Frosted Ice Spike and Wurmscale Fistwraps have been dropping since Velious launch on green and they should be Oct 2001 additions to his table.
