Monk/Shm Duo Farming
 

What’s duo-able to farm cash-drop wise with moderate gear(Fungi/no epic monk and avg shm) around 55?

I would imagine such a duo could do the vast majority of what's on that page, almost all the way to the bottom ... but some things towards the very bottom (eg. PoM, Siren's Grotto, etc.) might be a bit too high still.
