Full dmg dots on moving MOBS no more.
 

Yep it’s been nerfed.

Not that I’ve noticed.

It seemed like it for sure on my bard but maybe not lol let me go test.

Bards don't get that except on chants. DoT's that are AOE's aren't effected by that particular mechanic. Denons, Chords, etc are full damage, and double with inst.

I didn't think we were there in the timeline yet.

As far as im aware we aren't even at PoF era, which got delayed?. (correct me if I'm wrong)

I think it is early velious like when root and snare stack.

Yes I know but chants should be doing full dmg while moving still as well. Hopefully I just had the wrong instrument equipped
