Yes. If you navigate to the News & Announcements forum section there is a post from Rogean regarding an XP bonus being enabled for Labor Day weekend last year. I imagine he'll make another post if an experience bonus is enabled...

There is no rush to levelas Luclin is never coming out.

I propose an exp penalty on holiday weekend to incentivize people to live life and socialize.

I support xp penalty holidays.

Labour day should remove bosses, have xp penalty, but boost to tradeskills, surely?
