But you neckbeards need someone to lay out the rules to you because you can't be trusted on your own.

So basically we have created a 1-1 rotation in tov between riot and vanquish if they want to exploit it by not getting 2 in a row. The only time it would really make a difference is when doze / vulak come into play lol
