Kittens only got major TOV targets when Riot brought them in to help. Now Riot just needs to wait till Vanq hits their bag limits to get these top tier mobs by themselves. Without competition, there's no reason to bring Kittens in on the kills.

You can thank Steal Team for this. They killed too many dragons, and people don't like that.

We will never rotate the mobs, we will just make rules so top 2 guilds rotate every 2 weeks.

It's also going to put quite a bit of downward pressure on other mobs since big guilds will look to these once their bag limits are filled on bigger targets (think Kunark dragons, other small targets). Grats Riot on screwing the little guys

lol man right before the rooting of the dragons was the most fun i had in p99. We had finally made enough bots to be competitive in NToV and got our first Vulak pull. I think it was literally the next cycle or maybe the one after they rooted em all and made all that pointless lol.

Soon after that we lost all our raiders to Riot, the great summer BBQ occurred, and p99 wasn't fun for me anymore :( .

well those who jumped ship for blood guard didn't hurt.

sev/gore are both already raced on spawn every pop, vox is not quite an instant engage yet but close enough, velk who drops complete garbage 99% of the time is tracked around the clock, not even Aftermath killed that mob. The server is already at maximum sweaty.
