Is this broken? been here 4 days. well over 50+ named and havent gotten one yet. probably 40+ hours clocked also.

I got one a few weeks ago. It took me 3-4 hrs a night for a little over two weeks and I finally got one.

No idea what the drop rate should be, never did this on live but I can confirm that it does eventually drop
