Missing Quest Commander Kane Bayle list portion
 

So I finally solved the portion of Commander kane (Qeynos Aqueduct version) Bayle list quest he gives.

***Special note there is a step where your sent to Opal Dark Bair but she will not speak to you even when you say "the disease is spreading" ***

Ok onto the Quest

1) After you tell Commander Kane in catacombs "the disease is spreading" he gives you the marked blackburrow stout.

2) Get the Bayle list portion from Garn Bloodstone in High pass by turning in the Marked blackburrow stout.

3) tried to talk opal dark bair even at amaible she will not respond both versions to key phrase "the disease is spreading"

4) Acquired the bayle list portion for starshine in high pass

5) Acquired the bayle list portion from mammoth in Surefall glade

6) turned in the 3 portions to Commander Kane in qeynos aquaducts.

Results:

Commander Kane says, ' Good Work, friend. I still need the other parts. You'd best hope no other gets to them first and returns them to me first. If they do you get no payment.'

Your faction Standing with Guards of Qeynos has been adjusted by -15

You gain Experience
You receive 7 Silver

Commander Kane Says, 'Thank you for your help, Soon Anontious agents will be exterminated like roaches. May the virus of the Plaguebringer run through your viens.

Your faction Standing with Corrupt Qeynos Guards has been adjusted by +50
Your faction Standing with Guards of Qeynos has been adjusted by -15
Your faction Standing with Antonious Bale has been adjusted by -10
Your faction Standing with Bloodsabers has been adjusted by +15
You gain Experience
You receive 5 Silver
You receive 7 Silver

Comment: So for me he returned part 3 of the bayle list to me I believe someone had tried to do this quest before and when i turned in the 3 of them he returned the extra.

GAVE 0.450% AA experience at level 85.

Did you happen to try trading him the translated Bayle List from Rathmana Allin?
Did you try to turn in any pieces to the Kane Bayle variant in qeynos2?
