Do any of you guys play on the DAoC emu servers?

I never made the leap to DAoC, Shadowbane, or Asheron's Call. I was going to get Asheron's Call 2 but the guy at the store was like "bro, just get AC 1, trust me" and I told him I'd just keep playing EQ if that's the case, and thats what I did.

It does seem like if EQ guys here are tired of 1999-2001 progression they should go try DAoC though. Seems true to the real MMO form, pre WOW ruining MMO's forever.

I believed he was right but I wasn’t about to jump into AC1 I thought I’d give a new game a try but he convinced me so I stuck with eq

I played on Uthgard several years back before they wiped it. DAOC was a fun game.

Everquest pvp is not made for the faint of heart, some here may very well already be experiencing blood pressure problems...

Do you really want to reinstate the ptsd of selos Ezpk running at you in every zone with a gatorsmash maul?

Lol. Ezpk was great until he split to join the zerg. I think all those late night Howling Stones camps with Lite and Brennard broke him lol. Would run with you again if it restarted tho! Will just have to f with you more incase you abandon me again.
