What was the monthly subscription cost in Classic, Kunark, and Velious time lines?

Can we get Red 2.0, sure it's dead now, but prior to Velious with the implementation of your play nice policy stuff the pop was over 500 for quite a bit. A nice restart on Red probably means a constant 500 or more pop, I know there are a ton of us hoping we get this announcement one day, maybe in another 10 years who knows.
