Quiver of Marr 0% WR?

I remember the Mage Spell: Quiver of Marr, having 50% WR making it the second best archery haste item apart from Fleeting Quiver.
On P99 the Quiver of Marr displays 0% WR.

I looked at patch notes to see if there was a time when the WR % was implemented or if it was changed but couldn't find anything. Just seems like it always had 50% WR?

Apologies if this is already known or posted in forum somewhere etc. I tried looking it up in forum and in patch notes before posting and couldn't find any info.

Thanks!

I think this was missed when making the original changes, and no one cared since then.

I believe it should receive the weight reduction amount the same time the other quivers did (May2001).

Quivers
FINALLY, after such a long period of time (since the game was released, frankly) there is a reason to lug around a quiver! One of the patches in May, 2001, has changed things so that if you have a quiver equipped, it will reduce the delay of your bow, make it faster. We don't know exactly how much the delay reduction is, but we do know that an indication of how much the delay reduction can be inferred from the amount of weight reduction the quiver yields. At this point I am aware of the following options for quivers:

Vendor purchased (4 slots, weight reduction 20%)
Tailored quiver (6 slots, weight reduction 22%)
Thunderhoof Quiver (4 slots, weight reduction 33%)
Quiver of Marr (mage-summoned, 4 slots, weight reduction 50%)
Tailored Fleeting Quiver (6 slots, weight reduction 60%)
