Dot Mechanics
I'm going to be starting a Necro on Green. I'm new to the class and I'm hoping that'll help keep a bit of the classic newbie feeling alive for someone who understands a lot of the game mechanics.
Recently I've played a fair deal on the TLPs which have many differing mechanics compared to classic. One of these is a "ghost tick" on DoTs. Simply put, if the spell is 36 seconds in duration you'll actually have 7 applications of damage, not 6. Is this mechanic in classic? I've tried searching but I cannot find any info on it. |
