IP Temporally Blocked
 

Hi Hopefully I'm putting this in the proper place.
I just created a second account so I could play with my son. After getting his account set up and his character created I tried to log into my account so we could group and I get a message that says
"You are currently not allowed to logon to the server because this IP has a temporary block on it. Please try again later."
My son is playing right now and not having any issues. Can we not play at the same time because were on the same IP? Is there a way to get this resolved?

there you will see the petition form for requesting an ip exemption
