Project 1999 - Ghxst is raid suspended

We are grouping suspensions for each guild into one post to keep things simple.

edit: due to some recently provided evidence I've decided to rework these rulings

On 4/18/20 Alevert drops a train near Riot and AG raid forces in TOV which wipes them.
In this case, each raid force was independent and not in an “Alliance”. If they were in an Alliance we see them as a single entity and a single punishment would be handed out.

This was a pretty clear violation of the rules, Ghxst offered a concession but only AG accepted it.

This is a strange circumstance and there's no clear way to punish those involved, here's our final judgement.

Ghxst is raid suspended from TOV for 7 days.
In addition, Alevert will also share the suspension with Ghxst. (yes, the rest of Freedom is off the hook)

Since this incident people have moved around a bit but I just feel Alevert in particular shouldn't go unpunished.

I also completely recognize the timing of this entire ruling is poor. We are all hoping the new raid petition structure will speed things up.
