Warrior offhand 50+

Im nearing 50 and I'm wondering if it would be worth it to use Blood point or another OH over the usual snare whip (assumming sarnak hammer mh)

Budget is about 10k so no RMoY or BotBDE yet.

I know the hammer /whip is quite efficient but a lifesteal proc I feel would be quite helpful if it wouldn't gimp aggro that much. Blood fire looks interesting aswell

The whip sucks .. Blood point is better

bloodfire is awful

I disagree, the bloodfire is fantastic for solo/duo - 500 damage for a proc is great. The problem is that the aggro is low and xp groups will kill stuff way too fast for boil blood to do its work. Probably the sarnak warhammer/silken whip is the best combo until you get an epic, sadly enough. Kunark just fucks warriors on midlevel weapons.

Trilioch's Skean is underrated. You can probably get on for free if you find the right person too

appreciate the input. I may look into a skean anyone have any input on how long the clockwork stun is? And how much damage does the small dot actually put out? otherwise may look towards bloodpoint or just save for other bits of gear

bump. I too am curious about the skean vs whip assuming sarnak hammer mainhand.

I'd go for a yak (Ideally scimitar) offhand rather than either. Bloodpoint sucks for aggro, dots are troublesome and yaks proc like crazy.

Now? Wurmslayer. After next patch? A yak or snare whip.

Why do you say that? Are they changing proc rate?
