Player dispels root on rare in a close fight and it kills me, what will happen to him
 

I was fighting a rare mob in East Karana. A mob that spawns randomly with several PHs. The fight was tough and close. A high-level player arrives and watches for a minute or so. He suddenly casts dispel on the mob at the worst possible time. The mob runs over, stuns and kills me.

The player kills the rare. I spawn nearby and he cries on me and logs off.

I have the logs, I see the dispel in the logs. What will happen to the player if I decide to petition?
