Queen Raltaas spawn mechanics and timers explain?

Good evening p99 Devs, I have questions on the new Patch. I dont understand what this means and was wondering if you can explain Queen Raltaas spawn. Is she a 5 days spawns now or stable spawn where we kill Place holders?

This type of information is not typically given out, I encourage the players to camp the spawn and find out for themselves (or try researching / searching old bug posts).

http://wiki.project1999.com/Queen_Raltaas will have all the information about how this mob works ... as soon as a player adds it. You could be that player :)
