Amazon Sidewalk

So amazon launched something called amazon sidewalk ( Without telling anyone )

Basically it turns every amazon echo dot or alexa thing into a wifi hotspot and everyone who has one shares wifi ( So if your wifi sucks and your neighbors is good you get a boost)

The best part is, they did it automatically without asking anyone if it was ok, and its pre enabled now with new device purchases.

They say its very secure, what do you think?

they have GUEST Login, so if you have an account you can sit outside someones house, login with your device and do bad stuff online on their modem. Sure after an investigation they will see it was guest login but imagine pinging bells at FBI Datacenters because you didnt turn off the xfinity wifi

tip : Shut off default modem WIFI and use a real wifi router with a PASSWORD

doubletip: change default password, my neighbor had linksys as his password for 10y not even kidding

Who actually owns/uses an Amazon voice controlled product?

This is the way things are going. A customer of mine is trying to develop what can loosely be described as a peer-to-peer chipset for all mobile devices. They figure since 5G and beyond will suffer greatly due to atmospheric loss, the next best thing is going to be having all the devices be their own little signal repeaters.

Only a matter of time before they can broadcast commercials right into your brain with 5g

I personally think 5g should be illegal and we dont need it.
