When they add the first patch from Luclin that finishes all of the velious content we will see this stonk go up. Thats why I keep mine.

I think every so often we should audit droppables and make sure they're not worthless items that are valued at 100k+ for no reason.

Same reason Cloak of Flames are still selling for 40k. They are amongst the best items that were actually sold in the tunnel back on classic live.

You didn't see people selling many items above a fungi tunic back then. It wasn't like P99 where the server is so old that you can buy virtually anything (NToV droppable loot, ultra rare epic drops, anything that can be MQ'd, ect.)
