Always 3rd, unless in cramped dungeon hallways or swimming.

First person most of the time, except on large targets...

4th person view

Both obviously. If you count the mouse scroll as third person then I spend 98% of the time in over the shoulder.

Third person because I need to see my character's glistening armors and the reflection of passerbys as they admire the top tier fashion. Did I mention how humble I am? Probably the best looking and most humble elf out of Kelethin.
