That capture is from a few days after Luclin but last updated in October 2001. A comment from January 02 on the main page says it was made droppable, Lore, and changed to Hoop at the same time. Info on it besides that is scarce in the 10 minutes I spent looking.

Both the famed HP earrings out of Chardok (HGH and Pearly Sarnak one) should be no drop until later in Luclin.

Runed Fighters Staff for 125k? Are you freakin serious? About a year ago they were selling for 45-70k so what are you basing 125k from?
