Serpent blood potion > stinging wort potion dose for dose?
Wort pots are the de facto healing potion for tanks. However, I recently found out about this little gem...
https://wiki.project1999.com/Serpent_Blood_Potion 200 HP heal + 300 damage rune. They don't stack and therefore take up more inventory space, but they can still be spammed. They're also super easy to farm, as Squallslither spawns frequently and drops his potion roughly 50% of the time. |
Nobody has bag space for enough serpent blood potions to make it worthwhile.

Pressing the wort button exactly 9 times is a learned skill.

If you could combine serpent bloods into 10 dose and recharge them - then yeah everyone would have them.
|
200hp+300 rune is way better, yes
|
So I guess it's just a matter of bag space and sheer availability, then... not to mention having to drag and drop potions from your pack to your inventory over and over to actually use them. They're fantastic potions, but having to stuff several bags with them for raiding is a tough sell when you can have ~2700 HP worth of potion in a single slot.
I guess they'll still make for great and economical emergency pots for my alts. Desperate Hope is a huuuge game changer at low to mid level. |
You're better off spending your time doing something else. Farm plat or toes and fill up on wart pots, you'll have many times more thousands of hp as a tank.
