Green server going to be Blue server 10 year anniversary?
 

Blue server launched October 21, 2009. That's my guess for the green server launch. Mark your calendar! Crazy to think I've been playing on this server for almost 10 years now. Shout out to all the early players! Any old <Divinity>, <Transcendence>, <Rusty Longswords> still playing?

What guessing is there to it? They said be ready for a new p99 experience on october 1, with a picture tinted green.

edit - oh, my bad, it just says october, it doesn't specify the first. But yeah, that seems like a pretty safe guess.

Is green99 to blue99 what p99 is to classic everquest?

Are we going to be playing an emu of an emu of an mmo?

There's lots of speculation as to what exactly the Green ruleset will be, but I personally think it'll be Blue 2.0, starting off with the classic timeline of course.
