Game is too dark in windowed mode adjusting gamma does nothing (using 2 monitors)

So I haven't played in a while, come in to find the game is darker than I would like when in windowed mode and adjusting gamma does nothing. I imagine this has something to do with the fact that I started using two monitors. Anyone know of a solution? Thanks in advance.

If you play in windowed you have to adjust the monitor directly.

I followed this Tripsin - worked wonders for my blind Half-Elf.

But of course you need to adjust back if you want to play other games after. =)

Oh goodness, I am the exact opposite, the game is way too bright and it messes up my entire brightness for my PC when I launch the eq client. I just made a post with my details.

When I go to advanced settings I don't have a color calibration link and I don't see anything to adjust brightness. When I click the thing that says change brightness in the settings IT SENDS ME TO A FUCKING BING SEARCH RESULTS WEB PAGE which tells me that I need to go the action center to adjust the brightness slider BUT THERE'S NO FUCKING SLIDER

goddamn I hate Windows 10 so. much.
