No confirmed 'aliens' yet and likely won't lead to anything. They usually do a good job scraping photos and blacking out documents anyways.

Honestly with all the weird stuff going on, Aliens wouldn’t be much of a surprise.

It is likely that some extra terrestrial force would not be interested in peaceful relations.
