This is confirmed spawning? I ran around for about an hour and a half looking last night. However I do remember it being rare/there being much controversy over where it spawns.

We found a couple of these right at launch, so unless something changed they should be out there. Good luck!

Couple of weeks ago, I searched everywhere over the course of two days. Went back the next day and it was on top of the gnoll lillypads in plain sight. Someone might be grabbing it when you aren't looking.
