Reimbursements wait times?
 

Anyone got an idea on reimbursement wait times? i messed up a sky quest turn in today and was curious what people have been seeing for petition wait times recently?

From what I've seen in other threads... over a month, maybe "months".

CSR staff is in short supply right now

Classic Live never reimbursed for screw ups when quests were working as intended. Chalk it up to a learning experience and move on so you don't over burden staff. Then we may get GM events.

I have a petition for a reimbursement from 11-21-2018, still waiting. :rolleyes:

I had one in march this year that was resolved in 17 days.

Well that's a head scratcher, was one something minor and the other something they don't reimburse?

Wouldn't they resolve/close the petition with an appropriate comment, if it is something they don't reimburse?

Took them about 3 to 4 months when I had an issue a while back. May depend on the difficulty of the request.
