SMS phone number problems (help)
 

i am a returning player from 2015, and i dearly miss my gnome magician at level 29.

i recovered my user name, password, and my station name; but i cannot access into my password.

when i request for the password reset or something, it says it's been sent to my SMS verification. but in these 4 years, i've been t hrough about 2-3 phones.

please, i'm begging anyone that can help. how can i get my account password back or remove the sms, or change my number with the sms. my gnome magician is calling me back.

please; any information you can share or give, i'm willing to listen to everything. i refound my forum account on EQemulator, but the account and password doesn't work for the station name everquest. unless i'm missing a few steps

You can reset the SMS verification, but without having access to the current SMS it will just take 7 days to reset. This is through the eqemulator website iirc.

im stuck at the spell casting character screen.

i need to download a few packs or something.

You need to download the latest patch file: https://www.project1999.com/files/P99Files49b.zip

Make sure your antivirus will allow the dsetup file.
