Invigorate on Grand Master's Chest Wraps healing for 63 (L1 amount) Not Scaling!
 

Grand Master's Chest Wraps (and Blood Lord's Breastplate also apparently) are only healing for 63.

"There's a 10% penalty from the raw healing data posted on the website regarding invigorate. The amount is 71 (L1) to 100 (L30). This amount *.9 (10% penalty) is 63.9 (L1) to 90 (L30). However, the Grand Master's Chest Wraps are healing for 63 (L1 amount rounded down)."

The Grand Master's Chest Wraps Invigorate clicky is healing as thought the player is level 1 (63) regardless of the actual level of the player. White Lotus Chest Wraps appear to be correct, however, and scale with level and heal for 90 (max lvl amount). I think it's just these items are bugged.

It seems all of the Velious armour clickies are using their lowest level versions.

Confirmed this is lasting 2 ticks as the L4 version should.
