Why didn't Red server get a new start (purple)?

It would be silly to launch a new Red at the same time as Green's launch, though, if you think about Project 1999 overall. If they launch a new Red, it should be sometime during Kunark or Velious of Green. See what I mean?

judging by a few things i have seen, i actually do believe a new red server will be coming out, however i do think it will come in time. how much time, i do not know.
