Database Spawn Timers Leaked Again?
 

Around a couple years ago on blue our trackers in Fear tracking golems would notice a group of 30 log into the zone in a safe spot on the wall just before a golem popped. The hit squad would kill the golem and log out. We thought wow they got lucky on timing and then it came out that database timers for named were being leaked from the database and a GM had to step down. It then made sense how that group of hit squad folks were able to get so lucky and respond so fast to spawn.

Today just before Inny, a member of a guild stated in /say that "it's coming" and 18 of them logged out from perma and then shortly after a guild had inny at the zone line before any other guild was able to port up for pull.

Based on the database spawn timers being leaked in the past it would be great for Rogean or Nilbog to confirm that the database timers haven't been exposed and leaked somehow.

Well if they were leaked in the past then they would be known now in the present...

No, he’s talking about raid targets with variance. Eg, something that spawns every 7 days +\- 12 hours having the precise minute it spawns known beforehand.

I'm almost positive this happened, they also had a group at Lucan today and suddenly more members materialized just before he spawned. I was there trying to get my paladin epic weapon and they took it.

Last few weeks I always said in /say that the number I /roll will show us when Dragon X will spawn. So far my rolls havent been very accurate, but I am sure If I keep doing this for the next few weeks/months there is a chance that my /roll will hit exactly the minutes are left till Dragon X spawn.

My english isnt the best but I hope you know what I am trying to say.

The same thing happened to me in South Ro this week. Right around nightfall, a bunch of folks from a certain guild ported in, the Ancient Cyclops spawned almost instantly, and they took it from me.
