Recruitment Advice for AM.
 

Lets help the server underdogs out a little with a constructive brainstorm. Rough cycle for them. Please keep their feelings in mind when posting.

I'm hearing the only thing AM got was Lord Kreizenn, Aaryonar, Gore, Naggy, Yelinak, Jorlleag, Lord Feshlak, and Druushk.

ya know because people can play on red and blue now on the same box, why do you think blue raiding is going to diminish as people box green and blue

At least AM has the chance to finish strong with a Saturday Statue, AOW and Tunare. Oh wait...

A lot of guilds would be happy with that, but yea, definitely not us, and the high bar we strive for. We lost all the biggest targets. KT, Doze, and Vulak especially. No way to argue it, it was a a poor showing that started with the guild completely dropping the ball on Dain.

With that said, last week was complete domination, and we didn't have to share any of our targets or loot with other guilds. We've been struggling on holiday weekends, and if there is any recruitment advice we should listen to it would be how to answer Riot's late night zerg.

They have regularly been fielding 40-50+ people in the twilight hours of the US, and getting most of these mobs uncontested. Not sure how we can respond to that unless we can recruit more Euros/Asians, because people gotta sleep and work.
